Remember, Remember: Big Partner Wins for Wasabi in November
November was a great month for turkey, football, pumpkin pie, and hot cloud storage! It was also a great month to watch Wasabi’s partner network grow to include more than 3,700 partners, with more added every day. Wasabi is helping businesses, the public sector, and the channel partners that sell to them all keep storage costs at bay during these unpredictable times. As our EVP & COO, Marty Falaro, mentioned in his latest blog post, the Wasabi Partner Network has tripled in 2020 and November was a big part of that. As our list of partner wins grows, we’re checking it twice and realizing November was very nice… for the Wasabi Partner Network.
Hard Core Savings with DataCore
Wasabi partnered with DataCore Software, the authority on software-defined storage (SDS) in November. DataCore customers will now be able to take advantage of a fast, practical, and cost-effective solution for archiving inactive files and saving snapshots to the cloud in a secure format. Users of NAS and file systems will use DataCore vFilO file and object storage virtualization software to pool and easily migrate cold, inactive data to the cloud, unlocking greater storage capacity for hot data on network-attached storage (NAS) and filers on-premises. Learn more about this partnership, here.
A Sidepath to Savings Glory
Sidepath is an IT solutions provider and technology integrator dedicated to helping clients leverage innovative enterprise technologies to better align IT and business needs. Through this great new partnership, Wasabi has enabled Sidepath clients — typically small and medium-sized businesses — to have access to Wasabi’s high performance, scalable and flexible cloud storage enabling greater data accessibility either as a primary or hybrid storage option. Sidepath clients will also have the ability to reduce costs and stay within budget through Wasabi’s Reserved Capacity Storage offering. Learn more, here.
Bonjour Watsoft!
Expanding its global footprint, Wasabi also partnered up with the French VAD Watsoft this November. Through this new partnership, Watsoft will now be able to provide Wasabi’s cloud storage to small and medium-sized businesses in French-speaking countries. The solution will be available for sale through Watsoft at the beginning of December 2020. Read more about this great new partnership, here.
Incidentally, while we’re on the subject of partners; have you checked out our latest Partner Spotlight Blog featuring Veeam, NDSE, and Pax8? Go for it!
Lastly, let our SVP of Product Jim Donovan explain how Wasabi helps Proof Trading, a new institutional equities broker, comply with SEC and FINRA records retention requirements without breaking the bank in his latest blogpost.
November was an absolutely massive month here at Wasabi. We look forward to much more partner action in December and beyond and thank our valued partners for their support.
