I’m excited to deliver a keynote address Cloud Storage: a Cheap, Fast, Standardized Utility at the CloudEXPO conference in New York City on November 13th.  This major event brings together thought leaders and innovators from all over the world to discuss digital transformation and cloud technologies.  We’re proud to be a Technology Sponsor for this important event.

Wasabi’s mission is to make cloud storage a simple and affordable utility like electricity.  In my keynote, I’ll be addressing how Wasabi is changing the way people think about cloud storage.  Any time the price of an important cloud service drops by 80%, all kinds of new applications suggest themselves.  At 80% cheaper and 6x faster than Amazon S3, you don’t need multiple tiers of storage. Since there are no egress fees or charges for API calls, you don’t need to worry about how you’re using storage.  And with super-fast storage being so cheap, all kinds of new data-intensive applications become economically feasible.
